Automation of Orders and Warehouse Information for a Company with Third-Party Warehouses

A company that uses third-party warehouses faced the challenge of automating the sending of information about orders to be filled, products to be stored in the warehouse, and returns. Their goal was to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors in the communication between their systems and the warehouses.

The central company uses SAP software to manage its operations. To solve this problem, we implemented an integration with our Odoo solution. With this integration, when orders are validated in the dispatch and receiving warehouse, Odoo automatically notifies SAP about all transactions.

Additionally, SAP sends a catalog of materials to Odoo, ensuring that the information is always up-to-date and that the data is consistent. This includes details about the orders that need to be filled and the delivery addresses.

Thanks to this solution, the company achieved:
