Integration of Costs and Purchase Orders for a Multinational Company

A multinational company faced the challenge of managing purchase orders for three different business lines and obtaining a clear view of all the involved import costs. Previously, this process was complicated and time-consuming, as the data was scattered across multiple systems and there was no easy way to track the material from its shipment in Asia to its arrival in Mexico.

To solve this problem, we implemented our Solution for Costs at Destination, Purchases, and Warehouses. With this solution, we managed to integrate all import costs automatically for each business line. Now, the company can easily see the percentage of import costs associated with each of its business lines.

Additionally, we significantly improved material traceability. With our solution, the company can track its shipments from the moment they leave Asia, following their route in transit, through customs, and until their arrival in Mexico. This not only facilitates inventory management and control but also reduces response times and improves operational efficiency.
